If you've got a full list of GTA 5 cheat codes to hand then you can make all sorts of alterations to your game, with plenty of useful effects available including unlimited health and armor, complete invulnerability, and receiving a full arsenal of weapons to deal with any threat. You can also adjust your wanted level with the cops to get more or less heat, spawn in a selection of vehicles to make a quick getaway, and much more besides. All of these codes can be used on PS5, PS4, Xbox, and PC, so you can turn Los Santos and Blaine County into your personal playground.
You are about to unlock a whole world of fun using these codes, but just be aware that cheats will disable trophies and achievements in GTA 5, so don't use them if you're working towards those virtual rewards. Most active cheats can be cancelled by entering the same code a second time, although it's worth restarting the game from a previous save to ensure you've cleared everything out if you want to play properly again.

How to use GTA 5 cheat codes
The main method to enter GTA 5 cheats on PS5, PS4, and Xbox is to tap in the buttons listed next to the effect you want to apply. Enter the right code, and a notification will pop up in the corner of the screen to confirm it.
If you're on PC, you can hit the tilde key (~) to bring up the command console, then type the cheat code directly into that window.
You can also use your in-game phone to dial cheat codes which works the same way on all formats. Just tap up on the d-pad to access the phone, then open Contacts and press the appropriate button to display the key pad so you can type in the phone number, which will always start with 1-999 followed by digits that spell out the cheat via the letters under the numbers.
