What time does Halo Campaign Evolved release?

The Halo Campaign Evolved release time is less than a week away, but the early access period is set to start even sooner. Premium Edition owners can get up to five days of early access, letting them crash onto Installation 04 from July 23 rather than July 28. Otherwise, Halo Campaign Evolved keeps things relatively simple with a global simultaneous release for all platforms. To help you understand when you'll be able to play this Halo CE remake, I've explained everything you need to know about the launch times below.

If you've pre-ordered the Premium Edition of Halo Campaign Evolved on your platform of choice, you get up to five days of early access, which begins on July 23 at 3pm UTC. That works out as the following times around the world:

US Pacific: 8AM PDT on July 23
US Eastern: 11AM EDT on July 23
UK: 4PM BST on July 23
Central Europe: 5PM CEST on July 23
Eastern Australia: 1AM AEST on July 24
New Zealand: 3AM NZST on July 24

During this early access period, you'll be able to play the full game as normal ahead of its proper release. If you didn't pre-order the Premium Edition of the game, you will at least be able to pre-load Halo Campaign Evolved before the full launch so that it's ready on your console or PC for you to hop right in.

Halo Campaign Evolved releases globally on July 28 at 3pm UTC. That means all players, whether you're on Xbox Series X, PS5, or PC will be able to play from that time. Here's how that translates to different time zones so you know exactly when you can play:

US Pacific: 8AM PDT on July 28
US Eastern: 11AM EDT on July 28
UK: 4PM BST on July 28
Central Europe: 5PM CEST on July 28
Eastern Australia: 1AM AEST on July 29
New Zealand: 3AM NZST on July 29

While you wait for the proper release time, I recommend following the pre-loading advice above and making sure that you have a Microsoft account that you can link to your platform account, particularly if you're going to play on PS5 or Steam. This is essential for crossplay and cross-progression, letting you join your friends regardless of what platform they're on and change platforms without losing progress and unlocks.
