While the focus of Marvel's Netflix panel was on Luke Cage, they were also a few announcements made about some of the other small-screen superhero content that's heading our way in the next few months. Chief among them is the solo series for Iron Fist, and the first teaser trailer and poster has landed online.

While the poster is quite stylish, I'm a little underwhelmed by that trailer; The Luke Cage trailer establishes the tone the show is going for in just 90 seconds, and this Iron Fist footage just doesn't quite do enough to leave a memorable impression (although the smashing of the wall at the end is a nice touch). It's far from a deal-breaker though, and given that the show is still filming there's plenty of time for Iron Fist to get us excited before it lands on Netflix next year.
Starring Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey, and Carrie-Anne Moss, Marvel's Iron Fist will debut on Netflix in 2017.
