And before you knew it, they were using any excuse...

Then they released a trailer for a trailer (still not sure that’s a thing)...

Before putting a poop emoji on a giant billboard...

And letting Deadpool train kids (and swear at them)...

They also tried to trick people into thinking Deadpool would be the perfect date night movie...

And it totally worked...

They started a fight with Wolverine (not something we’d recommend)...

Which Ryan Reynolds continued...

Plus, they organised a (knitted) foursome between Deadpool and the Golden Girls...

And pretended that Deadpool and Kim Kardashian were besties...

They aren’t above a dirty play on words...

And they took the piss out of The X-Files...

Finally, they showed the entire R rated movie to fans early and then let them tweet about it! Now that’s balls...

Directed by Tim Miller and starring Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller and Gina Carano, Deadpool will open in UK cinemas on February 10, 2016 before arriving in US theatres on February 12, 2016.
