This is found near the Central Gutter bonfire in The Gutter. When you descend the ladders to the ground beneath the bonfire, look for some pots to bust up. The corpse inside one is holding this hex.

Can also be purchased from Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.

Dark Hail

Can be purchased from Magerold of Lanafir. He's found by making a right after crossing the Iron Keep bride and enter the keep proper.

Can also be purchased from Darkdiver Grandahl at any of his locations.

Dark Orb

Can be purchased from Felkin the Outcast. He's found in the tunnel from Majula to Huntsman's Copse.

Darkstorm

Can be purchased from Felkin the Outcast. He's found in the tunnel from Majula to Huntsman's Copse.

Dead Again

Can be purchased from Stone Trader Chloanne. She's found at the start of Harvest Valley.

Lifedrain Patch

Can be traded for the Darklurker Soul with Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.

Numbness

Can be purchased from Straid of Olaphis at the Straid's Cell bonfire in The Lost Bastille.
