1. Dead dog afternoon

As seen in: "Holiday" (Season 4, Episode 5)

The moment: Jez accidentally kills the pet dog of Aurora, a woman whom he's trying to shag. After Mark explains that it won't do to shove it in the bin, the pair end up burning it outside until it's merely a charred canine husk that Jez scoops into a bag for later disposal.

Why it's cringeworthy: Back on the barge with the rest of the group, Jez passes off the corpse of her beloved pet as badly cooked turkey and Aurora grudgingly nibbles a chunk. As Jez tucks into a leg, she spies her dog's collar amid the rest of the barbecued carcass.
