Letris 3 (Free)

Letris 3 (Free)

Letris is a mix of Tetris and Boggle and challenges you to come up with words quickly and clear your screen before things get too dicey. Keeping things fresh, some levels force you to look for set words in a jumble of letters while others require you to use as many letters possible when creating a word. Killing time or just want to sharpen your word skills, a bit? Break some blocks and play Letris.

Strike Force Heroes: Extraction ($1.99)

Strike Force Heroes: Extraction ($1.99)

Infiltrating enemy territory and extracting intel is never easy, so expect some heavy opposition in this action-packed side-scroller. Run across over 30 levels filled with shoot-outs, explosions, and the occasional helicopter fights and upgrade your weapons to devastate your opponents. Fight your way through Extraction's increasingly-difficult campaign and then challenge yourself to see how long you can survive in a few endless modes.

Flick Kick Football Legends (Free)

Flick Kick Football Legends (Free)

If you've ever wanted to manage your own soccer team in the 70s--and who hasn't?--Flick Kick Football Legends is for you. You can swap players, trade them, and level up their stats by practicing shots on the field. As its name states, kicking simply involves flicking your finger across the screen to make penalty shots and passes to your teammates. Its cartoony presentation makes it easy to enjoy this game even if you refer to the sport as soccer instead of football.

Team Monster (Free)

Team Monster (Free)

You may not need any Pokeballs to catch monsters in this game, but you still gotta train em. Catch new critters, develop their skills, and battle them in challenges for prizes and rewards. In addition to simply caring for your monsters, Team Monster has plenty of missions to complete to make the most of your new friends. Buy them a nice bed too. You owe them that much.

Touchgrind Skate 2 ($4.99)

Touchgrind Skate 2 ($4.99)

Touchgrind Skate 2 gives you all the ups and downs of real-life skateboarding--the only difference is that you are using your fingers instead of your feet. Place your fingers on your board and learn tricks like ollies, powerslides, and heelflips as you take on the competition or roam at your leisure in a casual sandbox mode. As in real life, learning how to be a pro skater in this game takes practice and dedication, but at least you wont break any bones doing it.

Skee-Ball Arcade (Free)

Skee-Ball Arcade (Free)

Anyone thats tried to win a stuffed animal at a carnival might remember playing Skee-Ball, a deceptively easy game that requires skill (and a good bowling arm) to master. Skee-Ball Arcade recreates the feeling of playing it in real life with its classic modes, but it also introduces power-ups, multipliers, and unique lanes that make this arcade staple a lot more fun to play. Challenge your friends or take on the world in Words with Friends-like multiplayer, or just play solo and hone your skills for your next trip to Chuck E. Cheeses.

Demon Tribe (Free)

Demon Tribe (Free)

Similar to the Shin Megami Tensei series, Demon Tribe features demon cards whose powers can either kill you or help you in battle. Besides just simply collecting and fusing monsters together, you can also engage in MOBA-like battles with other players and clear missions to level up your own character. If that wasnt enough, gorgeous cutscenes, an elaborate leveling-up system, and an ambient soundtrack are just some additional reasons why youd want to check out this robust title.

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse ($9.99)

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse ($9.99)

This mobile version of Castle of Illusion is perfect if you missed the remake when it came out on consoles earlier this year or if you never played the original Sega Genesis game. Starring Disneys favorite mouse, this charming platformer comes with five levels and plenty of hidden challenges and collectibles to find. Mickey may not be Mario, but kidnap his princess and you can bet hell put a fight too.
