During an online game, Rooftops map

On the side where you can look across the street and see three or four wooden windows that are open, throw a smoke gernade in the center window. The light and smoke from the grenade will show a big shadow of a man taking a dump.

At the start screen, let the game idle for a few minutes. A video should come on. After the video, there should be different background music.
