Star Wars Battlefront 3 Weekly: Episode 6 - Should heroes return?

Cutting through enemy troops with a lightsaber, Force pushing buildings into rubble, or firing a rocket from your jetpack are probably many fans' top items on a to-do list in the next Battlefront game. In the previous titles, heroes rampaged the battlefield with superhuman abilities, but while the hero class was fun in the past, do they belong in DICE's upcoming game? Join Greg and Lorenzo as they discuss heroes, review their favorite comments from last week, and give you the next "would you rather" question of the week in Episode 6.

I know the games campaign will definitely be set in the movie timeline, but we all know there is the inevitable monsoon of post launch dlc that is the trademark of any EA game incoming. So I was wondering what eras of Star Wars would you guys like to see added as dlc, complete with reskins of units to match. Would you want to lead the attack on the Star Forge as one of the soldiers under the command of Revan? Or maybe hunt down Jedi alongside Darth Vadar during the Jedi Purge? Or maybe go back to the days of the first sith? The Possibilities are pretty far reaching.

I would take the language of R2 as it would enable me to better communicate with our future masters when the robots rise up in rebellion.

Wookie of course! I mean people can barely understand me as it is, but if I had a Wookie voice, people would have to look and listen!

I wouldn't mind heroes returning, I would just ignore them or disable them like I did in the previous games. It's always more fun to play as a rank and file trooper than an unstoppable Jedi.

Commander Mode as Admiral Ackbar: hmmmmm where'd the enemy go?... oh look a few enemies just showed up over there, everyone get them!.... wait a minute...... IT'S A TRAPPPPP!!! Would you rather?: Wookie speak. At least then people might think I lack proper vocal cords or something, where as with beeping people would just think I'm a crazy person who wears tin foil hats. Idea for episode: -The ships! What ships should be in the game? What kind of variety? What's the biggest ship you could let players control? What about creatures? Can I pilot a ton ton while others pilot an AT-AT and Snow Speeders? What about those weird sand lizard things on Tatooine? You could do multiple episodes on things that shoud be pilotable. -Can there be level where you have to fight through the Death Star to stop them from firing the laser to blow up the planet where your base is located before it moves from behind a moon and has a clear shot? That way there is an endgame for both teams rather than an arbitrary time limit. Tangible goals heighten the tension in gameplay, I feel.

Wookiee. Within seconds I'd tear the arms off of the vocalist of some major metal band, maybe Lamb of God, replace him, and be the first pioneer of Wookiee metal.

R2D2. I can make beeps and boops, but not a wookie growl.

I'd would rather talk as a wookie, nothing sexier than a wookie growl. I want to know what vehicles will be in the upcoming game and I trust you Greg. I know you won't let us down :)
