Pokemon Black and White - all 156 new Pokemon revealed

With an early shipment in Japan, the new Pokemon sprites have already appeared

Pokemon Black & White has been released early in Japan, and fans are playing it AT THIS VERY MOMENT. That means that starting now, the information on the fifth generation of Pokemon games is going to start pouring onto the internet faster than we can read it. Just minutes ago, every single new Pokemon sprite was revealed on awesome fan site Pokebeach.

156 Pokemon in total! We're still digesting everything, but there seems to be quite a few triple stagers, and some of the legendaries look a bit... bizarre.

What do you think? Any new favorites? Any you think are absolutely ugly? How do these Pokemon stack up to previous generations?

I have spotted several possible evolutions Pre-Evolution of Glameow Pre-Evolution and Evolution of Stantler Evolution of Tauros and Drapion Evolution of Luvdisc, Donphan, Sableye & Spinda I love the new Bird pokemon especially the eagle and it pre evolution and the two pokemon above the bate look as though they are related to Nosepass and Probopass.

I have to say, when I read about some of these on Pokebeach before they were released, I thought they had their head up their arse and didn't know what they were talking about. An ice cream cone pokemon? A TRASH BAG????? Seriously? I do have to say, I think some of these pokemon are really cool, aka: the dark/dragon hydra. But some of these I'm already tired of seeing. Oh and while I'm thinking about it, clown with cement blocks. That is all. (PS: if they don't release Victini as soon as the damn game comes out in the U.S. I'm going to be very angry, because he shot up to one of my fav pokemon as soon as I saw him.)

Some of them are pretty awesome. I love how much more detail they're putting into them. But some of them look like clones of previous pokemon. Seriously, do we need more cat and pigeon pokemon??

That third evolution for the fire pig looks like Aku from Samuria Jack........nice

Okay, I can live with most of them.. But what the hell are those 2 gears? I mean, when they evolve, they get another gear added. It's like Magnemite, except that was original and looked good, not like some clowns toy.

What I'm loving is how all of the starters get sick looking final evolutions. Totally getting Mijumaru now with his epic looking 3rd evolution form.

Christ...I've only just started playing Pokemon Heart Gold, and the pokemon game I played before that was Gold version on GBC (its been about 7 or 8 years since my last pokemon game). I never played any of the GBA or DS versions before HeartGold, so there are a lot of Pokemon I'm never seen before, and now with this new game theres going to be 156 more? Christ, I'm so behind on my Pokemon knowledge.

I can't wait! the thought of a playthrough with all new pokemon really makes this game seem fresh to me. I can already see some potential team members. I think the blue sea turtle is my favorite so far

I'll start off by saying I'll never let my mijumaru evolve to its third form. Moving on, at first I thought some of the designs were kinda meh. Looking through it again theres some pretty cool ones, and just the type combinations of this generation are giving some great options for teams. Still loving afro bull, I like that little candle guy, and that last robot bug thing just seem so bad ass to me

i like em personally. They have alot of weird looking ones and I've always been a fan of the odd ones. I love the gear evolutions particularly.

we say they look like digimon but is that really a bad thing? though its not as creative, digi designs were really complex. i mean ditto? where are the edges
