The way I want it to be is Chespin, Braixen, and Greninja.

Here's the caption: Fox: What?! They aren't using that one with Xerneas in it for the screenshot of the day?

So, the way that Henry pronounced Magmortar was new to me. I've always pronounced it literally as Mag-mortar. And I've always read Genesect as Gene-sect. But Coop definitely pronounced Yveltal wrong. NITPICKING! Anyway, I think that Mewtwo and Lucario are the most likely for Smash 4 by virtue of them previously appearing and both having Mega Evolutions, but I agree that Blaziken would be a cool, similar character if they wanted to use something new. I'm certainly going to assume that they will use a Pokémon that can Mega Evolve as a Final Smash. Wishful thinking, but I think Gallade would work well, too. However, they do have plenty of Pokéball spots to fill. I would like one where the Swords of Justice appear together like Latios/Latios did before, except with all 4 of them. Also can they seriously replace Goldeen with Magikarp this time? Not only does it make sense for it to be the one using Splash, but they could make it so that beating the hell out of it fast enough evolves it into Gyarados, which proceeds to embark on a murderous rampage.

What happened to your precious Zoroark Henry? it was on your Smash Bros. prediction lists for the last 3 years, did I hear an "I told you so?" Strange you never brought up Lucario, like I've always said, he is still "mega" popular, and with a new "mega" evolution himself I don't see him going anywhere. Aside from him, I've always thought they should have added Deoxys, it's a little late for him now since he is kind of irrelevant, but his form change mechanic could have given them some neat moves. I always envisioned him changing forms on the fly, not like a Zelda transformation but for example, while blocking he would be in his Defense form, while dashing, his Speed form, and his regular A and smash attacks could be swapping through Attack and Base forms.

I wasn't even trying, and I found a Scyther in Y. I agree with Coop, Hawlucha is an awesome Pokemon. When I first saw it, I instantly loved it, and now it's a part of my team. Man, if I knew what Greninja looked like before I picked Chespin, there would have been a long battle between myself over what starter to take. Absolutely no question I'm picking Froakie next time.

I can trade you for one if you want ^^

You mean Greninja? Sure, but I can get one since Shauna gave me a Froakie. Also, the Wi-Fi at my college dorm is pretty spotty, so I can't guarantee a stable connection. I tried the GTS yesterday, and I had an error every time I wanted to make a trade. It's odd because I never had problems trading in White 2 at college, although that's a DS game, not a 3DS game. But I'm always happy to trade, it means more chances to win the lottery!

Caption. Fox: I NEED AN ADULT!!! Peach: I am an adult... >:)

Dragonite! A Dragonite can learn all of the elemental punches, it's attacks could have the reds, yellows, blues, and purples of fire, thunder, ice, and dragon attacks. It would be quite impressive visually.

So basically Pikachu is confirmed and Pokeballs are a confirmed item. Or that's just a very colorful light display.

Trying to find a Scyther or a Scizor in the game is like trying to get Mew in the Red and Blue games. Nice list of Pokemon here :)
  • BladedFalcon - October 17, 2013 10:28 p.m.

"Good luck finding a scizor in the game... they are friggin' impssible to find!" I already have one, and it's a mainstay of my team :3 The wonders of the new Global Trading system everybody!:D (It DID cost me a sylveon.... so worth it though..) Anyway, Cooper definitely nailed it, Both Hawlucha and Greninja are easily some of my favorite new pokemon designs of this new generation, and the way they are both animated in battle is sooo damn awesome! Talonflame and Tyrantrum are also bad-ass, but obviously they wouldn't make for good Smash Bross characters XD

  • BladedFalcon - October 18, 2013 11:37 p.m.

Who knows, considering its gen 5-6. both of them can be represented in pokeballs Friday's smash bros picture of the week was Xerneas, though its not really clear if its a stage hazard or a pokeball but considering its right next to Pikachu, mostly a Pokeball http://www.smashbros.com/update/images/daily.jpg
