Glad the Iron Spider made it in the game. And is Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine still going/delayed?
  • JGreenfeld84 - February 11, 2011 6:51 p.m.

Meh...just alternate COLORS are given to us with the game. Then they'll charge us 5.99 a piece for the real alternate COSTUMES when then game is out for a month or two.
  • PhantomDave - February 11, 2011 5:59 p.m.'d think US Agent would have been an obvious choice for a color scheme for Captain America....
  • Seabread - February 11, 2011 4:38 p.m.

Morrigan #2 (red/green) reminds me of Ricky Steamboat
  • billyjack77 - February 11, 2011 3:15 p.m.

I think the red suit Storm is from the Marvel/DC crossover when Storm was spliced with Wonder Woman but i might be wrong. Thats the best i can guess.

Well, as the Mango Sentinel, es pretty clear that the second outfit of Magneto is a homage to the same "is mahvel baybee" video.
  • ICEBoX812 - February 11, 2011 2:53 p.m.

So get this, Crimson Viper is actually dressed as the other SF4 newcomers. Fuerte is brown hair black shirt, rufus is blonde and yellow, and abel is black hair blue shirt.

    Those suck!
  • coleswanson - February 11, 2011 1:52 p.m.

Haggar's white hair/mustache combo makes him look like Liquid Ocelot.
  • JamesT - February 11, 2011 1:21 p.m.

Slight correction: Vergil is Dante's brother, not Nero.
  • NightCrawler_358 - February 11, 2011 12:47 p.m.

The marvel costumes are great, specifically Cap and Spidey, and I also like how other characters have costumes included from X-force. Marvel takes costumes from way back when, all the way to now!
  • playoldgames - February 11, 2011 11:59 a.m.

The red and black Hsien-Ko is her alt from Super Puzzle Fighter II
  • philipshaw - February 11, 2011 11:52 a.m.

You really out done yourself Henry
  • Silent88 - February 11, 2011 8:57 a.m.

Dante's alts are taken from Gene (Godhand), Ryu (Breath of Fire), and Diesel (DMC2). I think Chris's last alt is supposed to be his zebra costume from RE5...not sure.
  • IAmARobotWhoTurnsIntoATruckAndIFindNoLevityInThis - February 11, 2011 7:33 a.m.

Also, Trish's red color scheme looks like Dante!
  • IAmARobotWhoTurnsIntoATruckAndIFindNoLevityInThis - February 11, 2011 7:20 a.m.

The C. Viper colours are probably other Street Fighter characters. The yellow one is Rufus.
  • NanoElite666 - February 11, 2011 6:55 a.m.

Taking a bit of a stretch here, but the various color schemes of Tron's mech (yes I'm aware the blue scheme looks like a Servbot) could be a reference to the fact that you could paint the Gustaff mech in "The Misadventures of Tron Bonne". It was red by default, and a blue and black color scheme were among the variety of extra schemes you could get for it.
  • zmegaa - February 11, 2011 5:55 a.m.

    C. Viper's yellow alt is a reference to Rufus from SF4. Also, Trish's blue alt is a reference to Adrian Andrews from Phoenix Wright: Justice for All.
  • Thorton - February 11, 2011 4:57 a.m.

Trishes blue alt reminds me of zero suit samus but I could just be imagining things
  • BraveDave - February 11, 2011 4:44 a.m.

The only alt costume Spencer needs is to assume his ReArmed (read: the real deal) outfit and persona. :p
