Dust: An Elysian Tail launch trailer makes your day a bit more epic, beautiful

This year's Xbox Live Arcade "Summer of Arcade" event has been a bit of a mixed bag of success. At least, compared to years previous. However, one final hope for a smash hit remains. Dust: An Elysian Tail launches on Wednesday, August 15.

Dust is just about the most beautiful game we've seen on Xbox Live Arcade, except for possibly last year's Summer of Arcade breakout star, Bastion. The game bears a strong resemblance to classic Vanillaware games like Odin Sphere and Muramasa: The Demon Blade, and yet was made by a small indie developer, Humble Hearts.

...And it can also make your day a bit more depressing when you realize that it's not coming out to your console -.- Come Humble Hearts! a PSN release for later, it can happen, yes?

I'd probably buy it a second time if it came out on PC myself. Been waiting over 2 years for this game to come out. It certainly looks rather good. Here is to hoping I'm not let down eh?
