Dead or Alive 5 is getting a conversion onto PS Vita in the shape of Dead or Alive 5: Plus. The game was announced by Team Ninja's head, Yosuke Hayashi, in a video which also revealed there will be new DLC coming for Dead or Alive 5 next year.
The Vita in the video wasn't switched on, so we haven't seen the Vita version in action. However, Vita ports of the likes of Street Fighter X Tekken and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 at least suggest that a version approximate to the PS3/360 game is plausible. But can the Vita really match the quality of visuals seen in our Dead or Alive 5: Faces of Pain?
The new version is due out in early 2013.
