Call of Juarez: Gunslinger gameplay trailer gets red, dead

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger's first gameplay trailer is here, and it brings a stylish look at developer Techland's return to Western first-person shooting form. See what the dirty desperado world looks like down the smoking barrels of Silas Greaves' revolvers.

After a brief, not-so-well received trip to the present, Call of Juarez's recurring over-the-top, slow-motion duels are back in the realm of famous outlaws such as Billy the Kid and Jesse James. They're not just window dressing, either--Silas' spree will see several historical figures fall in less-than-historical ways.

Gunslinger will digitally release across PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in the first quarter of 2013.

This game is very cool since the first series ... But too many FPS games, it can be boring ... This game would be amazing if made in Third Person Shooter

Wow, all the people shitting on this series. Both the original and Bound in Blood were fantastic games. The gameplay may have been fairly clunky (mainly the platforming bits in the first one), but the voice acting and story were absolutely stellar. I'm still convinced that Red Dead wouldn't have made a comeback if not for the success and reception of Juarez. The Cartel though? Yeah, I like to keep on continuing to believe that doesn't exist.

It wasn't spectacular, but I really enjoyed the first Call of Juarez, and i Like Western based shooters in general, so I might give this a shot, so long as they prove they can offer something better than what they have in the past.

I agree, and pretty much same feel. The last game was just dumb and terrible, the game is supposed to be about Western, going Modern was the dumbest thing to do and showed it was confused on what it wanted to be and glad they got through that shit.
