EA, in conjunction with 3D Live and Cedar Fair Entertainment, have created a ride at California's Great America amusement park in Santa Clara that will serve as a bridge between the original trilogy and the new game.
Billed as a "4D" experience, the ride will not only feature 3D visuals, but other sensory stimulations. You'll feel wind and rain, as well as motion in the seats and tingles on your neck. And I don't mean the sort of shudders you get from a pleasurable sensation, I mean the seats literally have what 3D Live CEO Nathan Huber describes as "neck ticklers." God willing, this means we'll finally know what it's like to feel the gentle, loving touch of the Hanar Spectre, Blasto.
