The announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 sent the internet into a frenzy. That much is undeniable. But while some were boarding the hype train or curling into a fetal position from an overdose of excitement, others were putting their PhotoShop skills to the test with a seemingly endless parade of parodies.

Yep, in less than 24 hours, RDR 2 went from speculation to announced project to meme. And we've collected some of the best jokes from Twitter for your amusement:
