Screenshots of the follow up to Team Soho's The Getaway have been thin on the ground but we have eight new shots of The Getaway Black Monday in action. The sequel is set two years after the original and once again runs amok against the backdrop of an incredibly detailed representation of London.
The story revolves around Sergeant Mitchell from the Met's firearms squad and his first day back on the job, and local boxer Eddie O'Connor's messed up bank job and subsequent beating. As with The Getaway, the game interweaves these perspectives with the player controlling the different characters and seeing events unfurl from opposing viewpoints.
Expect to drive around London in impressively realistic environments, partake in violence, be bombarded by expletives, engage in rooftop chases (see screens to the right) and generally dish out pain in the murderous and violent underbelly of the Big Smoke.
The Getaway Black Monday is scheduled to hit the streets in November
