Sony's announced that a demo of Eat Sleep Play's upcoming Twisted Metal reboot will be available next week. The announcement, made via the PlayStation Blogcast, leaves plenty of details to players' imaginations – but the general gist is that the free multiplayer trial will go live on PSN come next Tuesday, Jan 31.
A fuller demo experience is also coming to those lucky enough to reside within sensible distance of San Francisco (or those with lots of gasoline money and nothing to do next week). Also announced on the PlayStation Blog, Sony will be bringing the game for what's billed as an “all-access multiplayer tournament” to the Mezzanine gallery (444 Jessie St, just south of Market St) this Thursday, Feb 2. Come one come all; but with the full game hitting stores on Valentine's Day, just how far are you willing to commute?
