The free PS Plus games for October may have only just released this week, but PlayStation has already announced the two PS4 titles that'll be available for zero charge to members of the online service in November.
This is very unlike PlayStation, which usually reveals its PS Plus games around a week before they go live on the first Tuesday of each month, but the proof doesn't lie. Unlike a spurious rumour or hazy mobile screenshot of the PSN Store, which have often proven to be false, the two featured PS Plus games for November can be found plastered across PlayStation's own website.
According to the PS4 Portal, both Yakuza Kiwami and Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition will be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers next month, most probably on November 6, free to download and keep so long as you're enrolled in the service. The former title is SEGA's 2016 remake of the original 2005 Yakuza game on the PlayStation 2, while the latter is the remastered, current-gen port of Bulletstorm, People Can Fly's outlandishly good first person shooter of 2011.
The best games of 2018 (so far)
Both games are absolutely worth a playthrough, even if they will be releasing during the busiest period of the gaming calendar, only two weeks after the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2. Still, few can pass up on titles as good as these when they're free, and hopefully Sony isn't messing us about with this potential marketing faux pas.
You can expect to see further confirmation of November's free PS Plus games in the coming weeks, as Sony usually releases a trailer with more information about each title. In addition, there's a chance that Yakuza Kiwami and Bulletstorm: Full Clip won't be the only free PS4 games next month, as PlayStation often releases several PS3 and PS Vita games with PS Plus that are also compatible for its current gen console.
