Skyfall has released a new batch of images online, featuring a new look at the motorbike chase glimpsed briefly in the recent trailer.
The new images show Daniel Craig aboard a rather rusty looking motorbike in what looks as though it might be Istanbul (one of the film's primary locations), as he prepares to set off in pursuit of Ola Rapace's bad guy.
The motorbike chase promises to be one of the most spectacular of the film's action sequences, with Rapace himself describing it as "a kid's dream". "You get to use big guns and ride fast bikes," he says. "It’s like a huge playground!"
Skyfall will follow Bond's attempts to clean up after M (Judi Dench) when the MI6 bigwig loses a data stick containing the whereabouts of every British agent currently operating in the field. It's obviously a serious issue, as that shot of the flag-draped coffins in the trailer would suggest!
Directed by Sam Mendes and co-starring Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Ben Whishaw, Skyfall opens in the UK on 26 October 2012. in the meantime, you can check out the rest of the images, below...
