If you've been meaning to pick up a second PS5 controller to get starting on that two-player gaming, or just want to upgrade your current DualSense from the default white one to something more funky, you're in luck. Thanks to Black Friday PS5 deals, you can save on Sony's kit.

If you head on over to PlayStation Direct, you'll see discounts on a vast range of DualSense PS5 controllers. While these aren't the lowest prices we've seen (that's because prices increased earlier this year), this sale includes a bunch of special edition controllers we rarely see discounted at all.

Should you buy a DualSense controller?

Console controllers can be pretty expensive, and so finding a Black Friday gaming deal that reduces the price of them is always a blessing.

Since the PS5 comes with only one controller, you need to buy a second to play with a friend. Whether you're sharing the couch for FIFA or blasting enemies in CoD, a deal lets you have a shared gaming experience for cheaper.

But it's also totally valid to buy a DualSense just for yourself. Maybe you've damaged the one your PS5 came with, or just like the look of the premium or Limited Edition ones; I wouldn't blame you, some of them are really cool.

We're also seeing Black Friday deals on some of the best PS5 controllers that aren't from Sony, so if you don't need a DualSense, you might find something cheaper. But if, like me, you really like the look of the options Sony has, these deals could be well worth picking up.

We're also rounding up all the best Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals and Black Friday Xbox deals. Or, take a look at this year's Black Friday gaming headset deals for more.
