Amazon Prime Day will start on June 23, but the site is already running early deals right now
Amazon Prime Day will take place from June 23-26
Amazon has finally announced its official Prime Day dates for 2026, and this sale is coming up fast.
June's sale will take place from June 23 to June 26, in a repeat of the four-day event we saw last year. Not only that, but we now know the reason for the shifted timeline. Amazon Prime Day typically takes place in mid-July but the retailer has explained to Reuters that it wants to avoid clashing both with the World Cup and the 250th anniversary of the US's Independence Day.
Amazon announced its Prime Day dates via a blog post this morning, noting that the sale will kick off at 12:01am PDT on June 23. That's not strictly when I see the best deals landing, though. I've been tracking Amazon Prime Day for over six years now, and I've noticed it's often well worth keeping an eye on the shelves in the week leading up to the main event. In fact, the site already has an 'early Prime Day deals' section live right now.
Today's best early Prime Day deals
- Marvel digital comics 70% off
- PS5 accessories from $24.99
- Switch 2 accessories from $6.99
- Keyboards from $17.63
- Meta Quest accessories from $4.99
Amazon itself often launches early offers on its Fire, Alexa, Kindle, and Blink ranges a week out from its big summer sale, and other retailers can look to get ahead of the e-tail giant with their own competing sales during this period as well.
For now, we're rounding up everything you can expect from Prime Day gaming deals, scanning the web for everything from the best Prime Day iPad deals to the best Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals.
