How to raze strategic infrastructure in Helldivers 2

The Helldivers 2 Raze Strategic Infrastructure sub-objective tasks you with demolishing specific buildings in Cyberstan to disrupt those dastardly bots and 'borgs. However, it's not especially clear what you can and can't destroy, and it doesn't help that some destructible buildings don't count towards the objective. You'll also need to make sure you've got some powerful Stratagems on you to even be able to bring down the correct buildings, so here's everything you need to know about razing strategic infrastructure.

How to raze strategic infrastructure in Helldivers 2

To raze strategic infrastructure on Cyberstand and complete this sub-objective, you need to destroy the tall tower block buildings found around the map that feature either red girders or mechanical arms and cuboid pods sticking out the sides. Based on my testing, it appears that you need to destroy at least 12 of these buildings to complete this Helldivers 2 sub-objective, and there should be more than enough in each mission.

The light-blue sub-objective icon should point you to a couple of destructible buildings, but they aren't marked on the map otherwise, so you'll have to keep an eye out and destroy them as you move through the megafactory. It's also worth clarifying that any Helldivers 2 Automaton structures that are specific to bases or their own sub-objectives, such as Gunship Facilities, Fabricators, and Detector Towers, do not count towards razing strategic infrastructure.

Weapons and Stratagems for razing strategic infrastructure in Helldivers 2

These infrastructure buildings are quite sturdy and can only be brought down with especially powerful explosive weapons and Stratagems which you should hopefully be packing anyway for Helldivers 2 Cyberstan missions. Orbital Barrages, specifically the 380mm HE and Walking Barrages, are arguably the best choices for razing strategic infrastructure in Helldivers 2 since they're capable of destroying multiple buildings in one go due to their massive areas-of-effect. The Orbital Precision Strike is also a good option because of its short cooldown and accuracy.

Explosive weapons such as the Ultimatum, C4, Leveller, Solo Silo, and Portable Helldbomb can do the trick too, but all those options are locked behind Warbonds – some of the best Helldivers 2 Warbonds in fact – so you might not have them available to you or your team. You might even get lucky and have the Automatons help you. Some of the stronger units have weapons powerful enough to destroy infrastructure buildings, namely the laser cannons on Helldivers 2 Vox Engines.

Make sure you also know how to kill Helldivers 2 Cyborgs and how to get rid of Helldivers 2 Gunships and their production facilities while on Cyberstan.
