Following add-on packs that have featured the aberrations of Dredge, legendary kaiju Godzilla, and Ichiban Kasuga plus other characters from the Yakuza series, the long-awaited In The Jungle DLC for Dave the Diver finally has a release date. As revealed during the Future Games Show Spring Showcase Powered by HyperX, this substantial expansion is set to release on June 18, 2026 so is just a few short months away.
This DLC is more than just additional content, as it takes Dave away from the Blue Hole onto dry land with a brand new story to explore in the jungle biome, along with a huge freshwater lake to dive for new fish and ingredients. The mechanics of the game also shift significantly, so as you scout around the village of Utara and serve customers at the Bancho Grill you'll see things from a new perspective, ditching the old horizontal constraints for full isometric movement.
The trailer also revealed the new physical Dave The Diver Complete Edition on PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 featuring all four DLCs and the digital soundtrack, alongside the Collector's Edition that also includes an acrylic keyring, four postcards, four pins, a dolphin necklace, Clownfish and Truck Hermit Crab Marinca cards, a poster, and a rather snazzy Bancho Sushi acrylic standee.
A new campaign, fresh minigames, and a whole lot more await when Dave the Diver's In The Jungle DLC launches on June 18, 2026 for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, plus Xbox Series X/S and Play Anywhere.
