It looks like the Defenders are officially reuniting in the MCU. Following Krysten Ritter's impending return as Jessica Jones in the currently ongoing Daredevil: Born Again season 2, it seems that she'll be joined by Mike Colter and Finn Jones as Luke Cage and Iron Fist, as they've been spotted in set photos from the currently in-production season 3.
It's still too soon to technically call their return officially confirmed, but we're gonna assume they weren't on set filming scenes that somehow won't be in the show. And with Jessica Jones appearing in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, it's looking like the Netflix non-team will be reunited in the MCU. You can see the photos courtesy of EW.
The Defenders - Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist - are four street level heroes who found themselves in a team-up following their four individual Netflix shows. The original Defenders show only lasted a single season, with fans largely feeling that it left way too much on the table. Now we'll apparently be getting an MCU style do-over, hopefully with some villains worthy of the foursome at the heart of the story.

Jessica's with us because Jessica's awesome and you'll see in this story what that means. Did I dodge that good enough?"
At the same time, Colter has expressed his own desire to return as Luke Cage, pointing out that the relationship between Cage and Jessica Jones has never been fully explored in live-action.
"Look, I mean, here's the thing: I have been talking to Marvel, and Jessica's back, and there's a lot of story left to tell," Colter previously stated. "And I just think that it'd be a shame for me not to pop back up."
