If you're hungry for another Sinner's Sandwich, Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut won't hold your order too much longer. The re-release of the bizarre open-world horror/comedy game will hit Europe on April 26 and North America on April 30, publisher Rising Star Games announced.
The PlayStation 3 exclusive, which perplexed and delighted Xbox 360 players with plot twists and deadpan humor in 2010, will also include 30 days of PlayStation Plus access in its retail edition. Publisher Rising Star Games is looking into other rewards to include with the PlayStation Network downloadable version, Eurogamer reports.
The revamped game includes sharper textures, more manageable combat, customizable controls, and a new narrative thread to weave the story together. And hey, it's only $40!

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and was formerly a staff writer at GamesRadar.
