Dark Messiah's slicey-dicey video

We've snagged a newvideo of Ubisoft's upcoming role-playing Dark Messiah of Might & Magic, (click the Movies tab above) which shows the bloody and brutal path of the warrior. The gameis due forrelease on September 26.

Dark Messiah is the latest game in the long running Might & Magic series which is being developed by Arkane Studios. Set in a fully 3D world and played from a first-person perspective, the game allows you to make your way through a mystical world as warrior, mage or assassin.

The footage shows the action that will be experienced by a warrior as he slices and dices his way through clusters of enemies. The movie also demonstrates the game's impressive adherence to the laws of mass and gravity - watch out for decisive intervention by a rickety wooden platform.

We'll have a hands-on look at Dark Messiah's swashbucking single player action on June 30, so be sure to keep your sword sharp.
