The zombie mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will star Jeff Goldblum as a demented magician and...

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3: Zombies - Shadows of Evil (that's the full title) takes place in a film-noir inspired nightmare world, where four strangers have been assembled by the Shadow Man to serve penance for their misdeeds. Or maybe just to pop superpower-inducing gumballs, grow creepy tentacles, and destroy legions of zombies. Either way.
Joining Goldblum in the undead-slaying quartet are Heather Graham (The Hangover 1-3, Californication), Neil McDonough (Captain America: The First Avenger, Band of Brothers), and Ron Perlman (Sons of Anarchy, Hellboy, the "war never changes" voice in Fallout).
Activision and Treyarch didn't specify how Black Ops 3's Zombies Campaign will be delivered, but if it's anything like Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's Exo Zombies and Call of Duty: Ghosts' Extinction campaigns, you'll need to buy the season pass DLC to get the whole story. Hopefully Shadows of Evil follows in the footsteps of The Lost World: Jurassic Park on PlayStation and concludes with a smarmy, condescending video clip from Goldblum himself.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and was formerly a staff writer at GamesRadar+.
