Mads Mikkelsen won't be a bad guy in Rogue One

Along with Alan Tudyk, Mads Mikkelsen recently joined the cast of the first Star Wars Anthology movie Rogue One, and has now gone on the record to confirm his part in the movie. While it's nothing quite a juicy as a character name or even a nugget of information on the scant plot, it's nevertheless a revealing tidbit for fans of the great Dane.

"It is very important role, that much I can say," he told Danish paper Ekstra Bladet, whose reporter then prompted him to confirm that he would be playing a villain. "No, my character is actually not a bad guy, and I can't say anymore. I can say that the movie will be shot in Iceland and England. And the filming will last for three months."
