Is Cerebro being rebuilt for X-Men: Days Of Future Past?

It looks as though Cerebro is being re-constructed for X-Men: Days Of Future Past , with Bryan Singer tweeting a new image of a section of the set that looks remarkably similar to one from the first two films.

Singer recently tweeted a picture of the corridor leading up to the room in which Cerebro is stored, and it seems that the mutant-tracking device will be coming into play once more.

Take a look at the new tweet below...

The new film will be based upon Chris Claremont and John Byrne’s comic-book run, in which the assassination of a Senator by the Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants causes a sequence of events resulting in a nightmarish future in which mutants are detained in concentration camps.

The story will flit between the strife of the mutants in that future timeline, and the efforts of their younger selves to avert the scenario in the first place. It promises to be quite the adventure.

Directed by Singer and co-starring Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and James McAvoy, X-Men: Days Of Future Past will open in the UK on 18 July 2014.
