Man Of Steel has released a new image online, featuring one of the clearest looks at the new supersuit we’ve had yet.
The pic offers another angle on the ‘Superman standing stoically in front of the military’ scene we’ve seen in an earlier image , one that lets us see the suit in full (almost).
Considering he’s standing in the desert sun, the darkness of this shade of blue is particularly noticeable. No doubt keen to put a unique stamp on Kal-El, Zack Snyder and co have come up with a suit that manages to respect the character’s comic-book heritage without slavishly adhering to it.
The silvery Kryptonian detaling that runs down the side of the suit is also more prominent than we’ve noticed before. And frankly, we’re not sure we miss the underpants at all.
