Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver Wiimote? Where do we sign?

Today marks a first for the GamesRadar team. Here is a non-Nintendo Wii remote that we would actually buy with real money. It's a Doctor Who Wiimote (not an add-on, an actual working controller) in the shape of the Doctor's iconic Sonic Screwdriver. Why can't all Wii tat... sorry 'peripherals' be this cool?

Above: The Wiimote looks great. The DS stylus... not so much. But did I mention the Wiimote looks great?

There are six accessory packs in total, coming to stores in October. We don't normally run stories about peripherals, let alone Wii peripherals. But look at it:

Above: OK, so I photoshopped some special effects onto it. As if it needed to look any cooler

As a boy, I was given some kind of knitting implement by my gran (still no idea what it was really for) because it looked like a Sonic Screwdriver. Even if I didn't own a Wii, I would have begged my parents for one of these at the time. As a grown man... well....

Let's just say syncing the bluetooth to my PC and Sonic Screwdriving my iTunes to playthe Dr Who title theme (Sylvester McCoy era, of course)just that little bit louder sounds mighty inviting from here.
