The Wonderful 101 demo hits US and Europe

A demo for Platinum Games' superpowered smash-em-up The Wonderful 101 is now available on the Wii U eShop in Europe, Japan, and North America gamers. Regardless of your region, you can watch Platinum Games creative director Hideki Kamiya give a blow-by-blow of the game on today's Nintendo Direct .

At first a post on Platinum's blog didn't say when the demo would hit North America, but apparently we shouldn't "start reading any long books." Already done. The Nintendo of America tweeted it had gone live.

While you're waiting for the demo to download, be sure to unite up with our fresh, juicy Wonderful 101 preview.

I've been hearing from various people about the demo, there's so much into it, and so many neat secrets, you can apparently recruit aliens in the demo level, makes me more confident in the final game.
