Wii U and 3DS Nintendo Direct streaming tomorrow

More Nintendo news is coming Direct to your eyeballs and earholes tomorrow. A new Nintendo Direct focusing on previously announced games for Wii U and 3DS begin on Aug. 7 at 7 a.m. PDT, 3 p.m. BST.

Nintendo's streaming presentation series is its preferred avenue for gaming updates. In the last few months it's hosted video reveals for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Wind Waker HD, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, and more.

Though this Direct is billed as an update on previously announced games, the 20-to-30-minute presentations have incorporated some unexpected material in the past. You'll just have to stay tuned to see what Satoru Iwata, Reggie Fils-Aime, and Satoru Shibata have planned.

I'm guessing there could be Zelda orientated segment and they'll talk about/mention Wind Waker HD and a Link Between Worlds, but since this is about "previously announced" games is it too much of a stretch to say that it might include details about Zelda Wii U? I mean, they did kind of confirm it exists, if that counts as being "announced". I'd like to actually see it, anyway. Also I'm hoping for a bit more info on Smash Bros, but I know that the website has been doing it's own little reveals for a while, so that might be a bit redundant. Pretty sure there'll be something about Pokémon X/Y thrown in as well and that Wii U Yoshi game might make a reappearance. I dunno. Also a localised version of Solitaire Horse please. No? Just me.

They DID say there was Wii U Zelda news coming soon, so who knows. Nintendo directs are full of surprises so.who knows what will happen. Smash is gonna cause hype any mention of it so who knows, Today's screen shot of the say literally a map of the.classic SNES Pilotwings that seems to be a stage but you can't tell. Im hoping for a release date for Ace Attorney and atleast SOME advertisement, how does Capcom hope to see it with barely any notes that it exists in the eshop, not even the eshop has it. I want that Horse Solitaire too 0_0

Didnt they say Wonderful 101 was gonna have its own Direct? When the heck is that!? They always say itll be about "Games already known", then some times they just pull out random surprises. Even if they dont, new footage for games we didnt see for quite a while with be worth it.

That Luigi costume is unsettling to me... It reminds me of a slightly less retarded looking WeeGee... That said most character costumes and mascots creep me out...

*Luigi whispers in Iwata's ear* "Burn it all down, nobody has to know our secret."
