Tropico 4 coming to Xbox 360

Tired of drab and dreary shooter hallways? Take a trip to the lush island of Tropic this summer, where you can create a workers' paradise or tropical tax shelter and bacchanal.

Haemimont Games has just announced a second quarter 2011 release for Tropico 4. The dev promises 20 new missions, 10 maps, new foreign policy and market choices, improved graphics, and social network integration (for the PC), along with other features.

Tropico 4 was originally announced for PC last year - at that time, a console release was only rumored. Now it's official - 360 city building is back.

Played Tropico 3 demo on the 360, bought the entire gold set when Steam had it on sale. Good game, sequel might be good/hard to tell if it would be enough new stuff.

Anything that remotely resembles strategy games (like city builders) feels woefully inadequate for consoles. I don't get why developers continue trying to shoehorn them in. They're always flops and more often than not tend to make the PC version suck.

Tropico is great, excluding Pirate island, but i think xbox community won't get it right re: THE skility That's right
