New Twisted Pixel game to be announced at E3

Could it be a next-gen motion game?

About eight months after the release of the critically acclaimed Kinect title, The Gunstringer, Twisted Pixel says they're about ready to announce a brand new title. This will be their first new game since being acquired by Microsoft last October.

They didn't offer any hints or details on what the title might be, or whether it might follow in one of their established series. They did, however, announce a new competition for Ms. Splosion Man fans for "splokour."

Players will race through a level, attempting to nab the best time possible (here's the catch) without ever touching the ground. The winner will net themselves a Ms. Splosion Man plushie, and a copy of their "next Xbox title."

Maybe we're getting a little bit too conspiracy-heavy here, but we couldn't help but notice they called it their "next Xbox title." Not their "next XBLA title." And not their "next Xbox 360 title." Obviously this is proof of precisely zero, but after a sentence like that we wouldn't be terribly surprised to hear they're working on something next-gen.
