Halo 3's Heroic map pack, which launched in December, will be available to download for free from Xbox Live today, according to Bungie.
The developer's dated it for "March 25th at 2 a.m." Pacific time, although a quick check of Live at time of press still lists the map pack as 800 Microsoft Points. Presumably that will change pretty soon.
The Heroic map pack, if you recall, features three multiplayer maps Standoff, Rat's Nest's and Foundry.
Bungie's currently whipping a second map pack, Legendary, into shape, which will be out on April 15.
