A posting for a "Gears of War 1" book has appeared on an online retailer, suggesting that the story behind Epic's awesome shooter is set to appear in paperback.
You know you've made a good game when the suits deem it good enough to live on in the book world. From what we can tell there's been no official announcement from developer Epic or publisher Microsoft about Gears being turned into books.
But seeing the success Microsoft has had with the Halo paperback series (and illustrated comic book, for that matter) we wouldn't be surprised to Gears go the way of the bookworm. We'll let you know, either way.
