Assassins Creed II and Brutal Legend both have awesome soundtracks, Brutal Legend especially because of it's amazing selection of music. But in my opinion, GTA will always be the king of licensed soundtracks. GTA IV had the perfect selection of songs for what it tries to do. Therefore, GTA: EFLC get's my vote. TBoGT added some of my favourite songs ever to an already incredible selection.

Brutal Legend, easily. @CHAINSAWhaxor: Uematsu had nothing to do with FFXIII's soundtrack, it was all done by Masashi Hamauzu.

FF XIII gets my vote, I have always been a fan of Nobuo Uesmatsu's work ever since childhood, and he still brings out great work everytime.

"This was the first time a Final Fantasy soundtrack didn't feature music by composer Nobuo Uematsu" Is this true? I thought that FF12 was done by a different composer as well. Anyway, I voted for FF13. Beautiful soundtrack - it has some of my favorite themes in the entire FF franchise, and that's saying a lot.

I'm torn between BL and ACII. On one hand I love metal music, and on the other Assassin's Creed's music always stood out to me.

I've got to go with ME2 over Uncharted. Though I need to play more of the games on this list (esp. Brutal Legend), as I love a good soundtrack.

I'm voting for either ODST or Uncharted 2. I am partial to Martin O'Donnell's work though but I do really like the ODST soundtrack, especially the slow jazz pieces they have for the night sections. Uncharted two's soundtrack reminded me of John Williams and Indiana Jones so it gets props for that.

FFXIII gets my vote. When I first played the game, I thought it was decent but nothing special, but its really grown on me. The battle theme and boss battle music in particular are bloody magnificent. One of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, and that includes the other FF games. Leona Lewis ruined the ending a bit though. It just didnt fit.
