Bethesda will release Dishonored DLC pack The Brigmore Witches on August 13 on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 (August 14 on Sony's console in Europe). The concluding episode of a two part story that kicked off with April’s Knife of Dunwall DLC, the final add-on pack for Arkane’s title finishes the tale of Daud, the assassin who killed the Empress at the beginning of the main game.

After discovering the identity of the leader of the Brigmore Witch coven, players set out to stop her from completing a ritual that will spell Daud’s doom, taking them on a journey through previously unseen districts of Dunwall and towards a day of reckoning with the royal bodyguard and assassin Corvo Attano. Power, weapon and item upgrades, plus Chaos level from The Knife of Dunwall will carry over via a compatible save file option. The Brigmore Witches will be priced at 800 MS Points on Xbox 360 and £7.99/€9.99/$9.99/AU$14.45 on PS3 and PC.

We said in our Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall review: “It hits the highpoints of the original game as you carefully ghost through the environments or brutally assassinate everyone you see. If you're looking for more of Dishonored's stealth-action gameplay, The Knife of Dunwall will definitely scratch the itch, but you'll have to wait for part two to see if Daud's tale will be a full, compelling story.”

Excellent. I replayed the original Dishonored after playing KoD and had a very hard time adjusting. The ability to pause the world while planning your teleport will definitely be something I'm looking forward to again.
