Maybe they weren’t in the running for an Oscar but Wedding Crashers nutjob Isla Fisher and Sin City siren Carla Gugino are hot property in Hollywood right now.
Projects are stacking up for both ladies in 2006. Fisher is set to star in Erica Rivinoja’s rib-tickler Groupies, while Gugino will appear alongside Ben Stiller in Shawn Levy’s action-comedy Night At The Museum. And now Minority Report scribbler Scott Frank has signed them up for his crime drama The Lookout.
Frank’s directorial debut follows the tale of a physically challenged janitor who gets involved in a heist at the bank where he works.
Fisher is set to play a danger-loving fox while Gugino portrays a therapist.
Shooting is slated to kick off in Canada at the end of the month.
