Chapter 5: The Forsaken
1: City Heritage Plaque: Moira Asylum
When you reach the asylum at the very start of the chapter, go to the left corner of the front area beside the front doors to find this plaque on the wall there.
2: Flowers Eternal: Rose Brooch
When you enter the women’s ward, there will be a gated area to the left with a shaft leading down in the middle of it. Use a rope arrow on the beam above and climb down. Crawl through the opening there and you will find this flower pin on top of the pipes to the left in the corner.
3: The Court of Montonessi: The Repulsion of Civility
When you reach room M02 in the Men’s Ward, you can peek through the hole in the wall on the left side. When you do, you will spot the painting there. Exit the room and go around the right corner to grab it on the wall.
4: Serendi Stone Circle: Ivory Circle
Once you turn on the generator and unlock the doors, go to the room beside the electric chair room, pictured above on the right, and there will be a safe on the wall. Use the combination 731 to open it and you will find the stone inside.
5: Memories of the Dead: Child’s Memory
When you reach the large room with the desk in the centre and the freaks walking around, go to the left and either sneak past the freak there or torch it. Once through that hallway go to the small doorway on the right and follow the long hallway there to the end. Here you will find a small pot on the ground on the left side. Smash it open and the memory will be inside.
6: Unique Loot: Mechanical Eye
In the same room large room as the corridor to the previous loot, there will be a wooden cage to the left in the centre. To the left of that cage will be a rope hanging from the ceiling. To reach it however, you’ll need to fire another rope beside it to jump over to it. If you don’t have a rope arrow, you won’t be able to reach it. Once you climb up, go right to the hanging wooden cage and the eye will be inside.
