Kick-Ass 2 has released a new clip online in which Christopher Mintz-Plasse takes centre stage as would-be supervillain, the Mother Fucker.
The new clip shows the man formerly known as Red Mist running from a crime scene, where John Leguizamo's henchman is waiting with a getaway car.
The Mother Fucker is clearly buzzing at his first foray into genuine villainy, but not so swept up that he forgets to keep his fans abreast of what's just happened…

UPDATE: Christopher Mintz-Plasse gets his ass handed to him in another new clip from the film that's been released via Yahoo! Movies . The sequence features the Mother Fucker getting some fighting lessons from MMA beast Chuck Liddell, but the sparring session doesn't go quite to plan. Looks like this guy could be one of the most petulant supervillains we've seen for a while.

The new film will see the Mother Fucker going head to head with Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl as he sets about seeking his revenge for the death of his late father, the mobster Frank D'Amico.
Directed by Jeff Wadlow and co-starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz and Jim Carrey, Kick-Ass 2 will open in the UK on 14 August 2013.
