There are things that exist in real life and things that exist in Minecraft, but those lists are rapidly becoming the same thing. The entire opening sequence of The Simpsons has been recreated with Minecraft's block-based characters (including a particularly blocky baby Maggie). The whole video has been made with remarkable fidelity and very little purpose — except for being awesome. Check it out below.
We're not sure why Dewey Largo (the music teacher) is naked. Aside from that little detail the remake seems to have remained totally faithful to the source material. Next up we'd like to see some famous game intros or trailers recreated — maybe something like this Skyrim trailer that was remade using Team Fortress 2?
