New Wolverine 3 set photos show Logan and Professor X together again

Save for the occasional cast announcement, word on James Mangold's sequel to The Wolverine has been relatively quiet thus far. While some recent set photos gave us our first look at Hugh Jackman's grizzled mutant, a new batch of images (via Just Jared) shows Logan with Patrick Stewart's Professor X, both of whom look like they've seen better days.

Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of these images is the photo of the young girl; it's been rumoured for a while that X-23 - Wolverine's clone - will be making an appearance, and this will only add fuel to the fire. San Diego Comic-con would likely have been the time where we would have seen our first footage from the film, but with 20th Century Fox deciding not to attend we could be waiting a while longer for confirmation of X-23, the Reavers, and more. 

Directed by James Mangold and starring Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, and Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, and Elizabeth Rodriguez, Wolverine 3 will be released in cinemas on March 3, 2017.
