Watchmen’s viral site is shaping up to be this year’s Whysoserious, launching almost daily updates – with the latest an ace video tribute to Dr Manhattan.
While few of the New Frontiersman site’s offerings have been as cool as the tricks played by the Dark Knight team, we’re still only in January and the film’s release is a month and a half away.
That said, this video, created to look like a ‘70s news show is a pretty nifty affair, combining footage we’ve seen of Manhattan in action with some well-crafted fake archive material.

And if that’s not enough, there’s also a great shot of Dr Manhattan helping out with Neil Armstrong’s walk on the moon.
