Taming Gollum [6-10]
Minikit #6: Just past the previous minikit is a Morgul gate. Use Aragorn to destroy it, and use Frodo’s Glowing Vial to enter the dark cave it guards. You’ll find a minikit just a few steps in.
Minikit #7: Twice during this level you’ll have to sprout giant plants with Sam’s spade. After they’ve bloomed, you can shoot the purple flower with Legolas’ arrows. Shoot booth for a minikit.
Minikit #8: Near where you pick up the fifth fish is a cracked tile on a boulder. Use Gimli’s axe to smash it and reveal a minikit.
Minikit #9: When the Gollum fight first starts, you’ll be standing near three fishbone-covered blocks. Smash all three to reveal loose pieces of a minikit. Assemble the pieces and grab the fresh collectible.
Minikit #10: In the back of the arena is a dark cave. Light it up with Frodo’s Glowing Phial to find some Mithril stones. Use the Berserker’s bombs to destroy them, opening a secret area.
This secret area contains two cranks and a climbable wall. First, rotate the right crank to rotate a section of the wall. Switch to Gollum and climb up and to the right to reach a box. Break the box for some loose pieces. Drop down and assmble the pieces to make a third crank, but this one has no handle. For now, rotate the crank on the left side of the room to rotate another piece of the wall. Hop back onto the wall with Gollum and use the newly rotated tile to reach the loose crank on a ledge. Attach this to the crank you built a moment ago, and use the complete machine to raise the gate guarding the minikit. It’s all yours, now!
