Naughty Dog will reveal new information about its eagerly anticipated The Last of Us DLC later this week, game director Bruce Straley has confirmed.
Ok party people, more #TheLastofUs DLC info to be revealed THIS WEEK! Hang tight.September 23, 2013
Naughty Dog intends to release three The Last of Us DLC packs, one campaign add-on and two multiplayer ones. They’re available to pre-purchase at a discounted rate when bought as part of a $19.99 / €19.99 season pass, which offers a 30 per cent saving over picking up the three packs individually.
On the subject of potential sequels, The Last of Us creative director Neil Druckmann has said that while the game world may live on, the book is closed for protagonists Joel and Ellie: "I think the world is ripe for more stories, but as far as the journey Joel and Ellie goes on it ends with this game." Does this rule out their return in the story-based DLC?
Last month, The Last of Us game update 1.03 introduced a new, free tactical multiplayer mode called Interrogation.
