Comic Book Resources has a great interview with Kick-Ass creator Mark Millar about Kick-Ass 3 , as well as having premiered the John Romita Jr artwork for the first six pages.
“I like the idea of the opening as the raid on the asylum where Mindy is being held,” explains Millar. " Kick-Ass is always about what would happen in actual life, so I liked the idea that it's like Mission Impossible . Here is the plan, here are the blueprints, we've got everything we need, we've got all of this amazing equipment from Hit Girl's headquarters – let's go do this. And they go and the wall is really, really high and they're like, ‘Well, we're never getting over that wall. That's it.’ Because if my friends and I were trying to bust someone out of prison, that's exactly what would happen.”
Check out the full interview . It’s packed with great stuff.
